The Wehl's are people comfortable in their surrounds with the coast a short pushbike ride to the West, the rolling Woakwine ranges to the East. Expansive lawns and gardens surround their home and cellar door which is nestled amongst the first vines planted in the region.

Hard work and a rich simple lifestyle :

With the coast on their doorstep it is only natural after the days work to be drawn to one of the local beaches on those magical summers' days or balmy Autumn evenings with a few friends and good wine enjoying a fresh from the bay Lobster or some wild oysters picked straight from the reef.

Flora & Fauna :

The family are keen conservationists. Hand reared orphaned animals and birds, mostly native, roam freely amongst the vineyards and gardens, showing their unique personalities whilst enhancing the ambience.
